Entry / arrival

Stages 1 and 2

There is no parking available in Tudor Grange Park. The small car park at the bottom of the path adjacent to the roundabout is reserved for local use only. Please do not use the Leisure Centre car park – save yourself a walk and save us from upsetting them

Please use the large car park opposite the park entrance. It has CCTV and you can Pay and Display or go cashless using PayByPhone. There is a height restriction of 2m and it costs £3.60 for up to six hours and £4.80 for six hours or more.

Stage 3

Access is via XXX. You must tell us, by 3pm Wednesday 26th June, the names of everybody in your party. You will also need to bring valid Government issued photo ID (Passport, Photo Driving Licence, Military ID) for each person on the day to get access.

There is ample free parking on site at Jaguar Landrover.

PLEASE NOTE: nobody will be allowed on site if their name isn’t on the list or they cannot produce acceptable proof of identity.

Gear check

To reduce queues and congestion, you can gear check before or after signing on. Once your bike is checked, you will be given a self-adhesive setpost number which must be fixed securely pointing backwards for stages 1 and 2. You will need to be gear checked before Stage 3 – either before or after signing on, and your frame number will be stamped..

The Commissaires will randomly check gears immediately after each race.

If you are unsure of the gear restrictions in your category, please refer to BC Technical Regulations before the day.

Signing on

Signing on is in the Tour Village for stages 1 and 2.

The race village at Jaguar Land Rover is in a different location to last year, in the centre of the track. This is much nearer to the race starts.

There will be three separate desks for U8/U10; U12; U14/U16. Please get in the correct queue. Have your licence ready.

Signing on is only for signing on. Please address general questions to the enquiries desk.

Do NOT bring your bike to the signing on queue.
